Take a moment to consider that we are all a little better when we work together.
Join me for a weekend of exploration through the yamas (Yoga’s moral, social, and ethical guidelines) and how our personal evolution leads to world change through karma and dharma. By using the tools available to us- physically, energetically, and psychologically- we enhance our growth and benefit our local and global communities.
*Can’t make the full weekend? Good news! You can still join us for Friday night only to get your community fix. Just look for Letting Go to Come Together ($44) on the booking page.
